Join us for a 10-day detox program using the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. The program is very maleable to fit into any lifestyle or work schedule, including shortening the cleanse phase of the program.
In this program, we will eat real food. This is not a program of restriction. We will get comfortable in the kitchen, create recipes using whole foods, learn about seasonal eating, and focus on the qualities of the foods we consume. We will discuss and cleanse from lifestyle habits, including options to detox from caffeine, soda and sugar, fast or processed foods, technology, unhealthy habits, etc.
The Fall Cleanse cost is $250, which includes a printed manual and several worksheets, group support, a Facebook group for community connection, a small goodie bag, and more.
