Kat’s Strength & Tone classes are upbeat and low-impact. In the class you will use your body weight and a few props to improve your core and functional strength. Progressions and thoughtful movements will have your muscles 🔥burning🔥 in no time! This class is for all fitness and ability levels with a variety of modifications.
